General info & Terms of service (TOS)

• Prices and example illustrations below.
• Please read this page carefully. By commissioning me, you agree to the following TOS.
• There are no waiting lists and no „first come, first serve“.
• I reserve myself the right not to accept a commission.
• I may upload the finished artwork on my social media accounts. Please tell me beforehand, if sketches or unfinished artworks should be kept secret until a specific date.
• My works may not be:
  • modified, copied, sold, traced, claimed as their own, etc.
  • used for other purposes than agreed
  • used for NFTs, AI technologies, etc.
• I retain the rights to all of my works.
• Finishing a commission usually takes around 1 week up to 2 months.

Prices

• Prices are in € (EUR) and payment is via PayPal invoice.
• 50% of the price must be payed upfront, before I start the commission. This cost is non-refundable. After approving the final sketch, the rest of the payment must be placed.

Commercial use

• The given prices apply to personal use of the artworks. It is possible to purchase commercial rights at a later time.
• You can choose between two types of commercial rights (Type A, Type B). The prices for each type is stated in the table below.

Type B	Merchandise (postcards, prints, stickers, key chains, etc.)	+100% of the price

How to commission?

• Message me your request via Twitter or Discord (tiwicat) with your ideas, references, and what type of commission you want.
• After accepting your request, 50% of the payment has to be made via PayPal invoice. Afterwards I’ll start with your commission and in this sketching phase you can ask for changes (I’ll send you updates of the artwork).
• Before I start the full rendering and after you approve the sketch, the rest of the payment must be sent via PayPal. In this phase, only changes in colour can be made.
• The finished illustration will be sent without watermark and in full size to you. Emotes are sent in their respective sizes to be uploaded on Twitch/Discord.
